Before you download
- Make sure your device’s model number is one of: Motorola Nice. You will find it in Settings → About phone, or on the box.
- This file is for the Retail region. Installing another region’s firmware can remove features or block updates.
- This is a full image flashed from a computer. Flashing it usually erases all data on the device.

How to install
Motorola firmware packages (.xml.zip) contain the signed images that Motorola’s Rescue and Smart Assistant installs. The safe way is to let that tool do it; advanced users can flash with fastboot.
